Meditation Circle October

This is your official invitation to immerse yourself in a journey of growth, healing & connection to yourself.

I will start the evening with opening sacred space, a shamanic ceremony incorporating cacao. This is heart opening plant medicine used in ceremonies for centuries. This opening ceremony where I invite in the elements & the energy of shamanic archetypes to help us heal.

I will guide you through one of my intuitively writing guided meditation where I will take you on a journey to place of imaginary bliss to help you heal, grow & connect. You will experience an evening of sensory bliss as you will be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums and other sounds. Using Essential Oils, incense or smudging to complete your sensory stimulation on the journey.

We will complete the ceremony with time to share, if you desire, your experiences during the meditation to help your connection and to help others.

After closing sacred space, we will have time to connect, share and get to know other like-minded people.

My aim is to create a community of conscious connection to help each other through our journey of healing, growth and spiritual connection with ourselves, our higher selves & our spirit guides.
