Let me take you on a journey of sensory stimulation for relaxation, release & healing, with healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drumming an other sounds for connection & community.  I will guide you through the opening of Sacred Space with ceremonial cacao, followed by one of my intuitively written guided meditations for healing.  Join me in as safe and sacred circle where you can take your mask off to be your authentic self, where you will have the opportunity to be listened to, supported all while holding space for other likeminded souls.
